I have Xfinity and like to watch live TV over the Apple TV Xfinity Stream app, but with my multi-WAN setup AT&T’s 5Gb Fiber is my preferred ISP. To get around this I route requests to various Comcrap servers via that Xfinity connection. I found Eric’s great post that got me started.
Recently I got kicked out with the message being that i need to use the Xfinity network (the error actually says Xfinity Wi-Fi). Poking around I found the app was trying to connect to

ccr.linear-nat-pil-red-hd.xcr.comcast.net has address 96.97.51.219
My complete list of subnets that now need to be routed over the Comcrap network is now:
69.240.0.0/12, 76.96.0.0/11, 76.128.0.0/11, 96.64.0.0/11, 96.96.0.0/12, 96.112.0.0/13, 96.120.0.0/14, 96.124.0.0/16
As always YMMV and fuck Comcrap.
