Apple released their new commercial touting the ability to use Precise Location to find you contact’s iPhone 15. If you see “Find Unavailable” even if you both have iPhone 15s the only fix I’ve found that works reliably is to remove the contact and then add them again.
It appears to time out after a while and you’ll have to do it again.
